The Trove began with a simple suspicion: the most beautiful thing in a room is almost always the oldest.
We are a small, independent curator of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces — jewelry, furniture, decor, clothing, and the occasional oddity. We hunt at estate sales, county auctions, barn clear-outs, and every other place the rest of the world has stopped looking.
Our mission is simple: inspire sustainability and creativity. Sustainability, because the most carbon-cheap object on Earth is the one that has already been made. Creativity, because a 100-year-old brooch or a mid-century side table gives a modern room something no new thing ever can — a history.
How we work
01 — We find
Every piece is sourced in person. No drop-shipping, no resale arbitrage. If it's in the Trove, someone in our circle held it in their hands first.
02 — We restore, gently
Light cleaning, conditioning, and the occasional careful mend. We never over-restore. A hundred years of patina is worth more than a surface that looks brand new.
03 — We tell the story
Provenance, era, condition, and the small human detail we dug up along the way. A piece without a story is just a thing.
